Objectives
To explore a new medium -- premium SMS -- following on from the success of email campaigns for such marketing activities.
Course of Action
Multiple question campaigns provided to users. A user would enter in their response to monthly quizzes. A new online presence with the web site, www.offerzoo.com, was then launched.
Results
AOL was able to deliver a high-volume of customer entries from the first campaign.
