Objectives
To develop a robust solution to empower a “win-a-million” promotion on Radio Palm Wine, an international radio station offering custom content for listeners across the USA and worldwide. The station wanted to boost market share and audience loyalty by offering significant cash prizes. The promotion had to be easy to participate in. Entry into a prize draw was made by texting in a unique code.
Course of Action
txtNation utilised its mFUSION campaign management technology with powerful data analysis tools to track the significant number of results generated by the competition. SMS entries could be tracked live by the client. Data were convertible into graphs and charts. Data were also exportable into other software applications
Results
Our system was very amenable to all those involved with the promotion. Many thousands of entries were made from Radio Palm Wine listeners all around the world. The station’s brand was given a significant boost and Radio Palm Wine are considering future promotions on the back of the success of this one.
