Services that use a normal IVR Platform can be integrated with the txtNation Premium SMS Billing engine. Rather than charging for the call via a premium rate number, the end user can be billed by sending a reverse billed SMS message to their handset once they have called a Geographic number or a Non–Geographic Number.

Once an end user has dialled the Non-geographic number or Voice Short Code they can be sent a Reverse Billed SMS which will give them, for example, ‘x’ worth of credit for the particular service they have called. This credit can then be used in future calls to the same service, giving them a specified amount of call time for which they have already been billed and the ability to re-use the service at a later time.
